Do you offer refunds or returns?

Because each vest is hand-embroidered and made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to incorrect sizing — please check the size chart before purchasing. You may also contact us for sizing support.

Returns will only be considered if there is a clear mistake on our side.
If you intend to return an item due to an error, the tag must remain attached, and the item must be unworn and undamaged.
All return inquiries are handled at our discretion.

How long will my order take?

Each vest is handmade in London and produced in order of purchase.
Please allow 1–4 weeks for production before your item is ready to ship.

Shipping times (after production):

  • UK: 3–5 working days

  • Europe: 5–10 working days

  • International: 5–17 working days

Please note: Duties or customs fees may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

How should I care for my vest?

Your piece is hand-embroidered and contains delicate beadwork.

  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry

  • Avoid ironing directly over the embroidery

Handle with care to maintain the structure and beadwork.

How does sizing work?

Women’s vests are lightly cropped.
If you prefer a longer, non-cropped fit, we recommend choosing the men’s vest.

Where is my vest made?

Each piece is hand-embroidered in London.

Small variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the embroidery.
This ensures every vest is unique and one of a kind.

Do you offer custom designs?

At this time, we do not offer custom embroidery.
All designs are part of the current collection.
