Each Mavula Mudiambu piece is handmade and uniquely crafted. For this reason, all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Change of mind

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

A detailed size chart is provided on the website. If you need further assistance with sizing, feel free to contact us via Instagram or email before placing your order.

Returns Accepted Only in Case of Our Error

Returns will only be considered if:

• You received the wrong item

• There is a genuine fault or error on our side

If you intend to return an item for these reasons, the original swing tag must remain attached. Items without their tag will not be eligible for a return.

All return/refund requests are reviewed at our discretion.
